2. Send an article and questionnaire of the article to the editorial board of the scientific journal via e-mail: meon_nauka@mail.ru;
3. Wait for response of the editorial board with comments, consent or refusal;
4. Upon obtaining positive review to the article, pay the bill and wait for the journal publication.
