| Annotation: | The elements of production optimization strategy' are presented in the article. Principles of assortment forming in production enterprise are described, and also the structure of optimum assortment comes into question. In the article the algorithm of assortment analysis is also offered with the purpose of its optimization. The offered strategy is oriented above all things on production enterprises, but its separate elements can also be used in wholesale companies. |
