| Annotation: | Problems of the financial control and basically the departmental control of Federal exchequer are considered in the article. It is noted that the internal (departmental) control of the federal bodies of executive power (for example, the Federal exchequer) is an important part and it seriously affects the organization of the entire system of governance. Suggestions for improving the internal control and audit systems of Federal exchequer, legislation modifications are given. |
