The authors of the paper focus their attention on the integrated quality system in ОАО Gazprom. Cost-effectiveness analysis of implementation and continuous improvement of management system lets the author point out the advantages of the use of the models for Quality Management Systems based on international industry standards in oil and gas sphere. |
