The article deals with the task-based interaction of management subjects in solving the problems to increase the quality of work life. Labour quality is mainly influenced by management style. The aspects of different styles and situations in personnel management are discussed in the article. The author analyses such notions as "professionalism ", and "indi¬vidual devotion ". The author of the paper pays attention to the example of Japanese management. |
