STATE POLICY OF MODERNIZATION OF INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX IN THE CONTEXT OF PROPERTY RELATIONS

The necessity to raise the competitiveness of industrial enterprises in Russia requires the working out and application of new theoretic and managerial approaches, relevant methods of state administration; creating of organizationaland economic mechanisms promoting positive changes in industrial production adequate to globalization and world competitiveness requirements. One of such approaches, as the experience of developed countries shows, is a multi-aspect modernization on the basis of the latest achievements of science, engineering, technology and management. The realization of the mentioned aims should take place along with the systemic measures arising people involvement.
