Annotation:

The research analyses the economic nature of modern deviancy and interaction of economic instability and abnormal behavior, describes the main socio-economic factors contributing to the development of anomie in contemporary Russian society. The conditions of economic stability influencing psychological ability of the population to keep legal behavior, despite of external and internal adverse conditions are defined. The motivational complex, structure and form of contemporary deviant behavior, the specific manifestations of anomie in modern economic conditions in Russia have been investigated, and options to minimize the deviations and the prospects for economic development, positively affecting the level of deviancy have been presented.
