LABOUR MARKET AND UNEMPLOYMENT IN THE CONDITIONS OF CRISIS: REGIONAL ASPECT

The articlereviews the the current status of the labour market in Russia. The basic problems of social support of jobless citizens in the conditions of an economic crisis are analyzed. Decision of problems of population employment enhancement depends on the joint efforts of the authorities and management, scientists, entrepreneus, and population. The sources of financing of all levels shall be employed atracting the funds of non-state and public institutions, employees and non-budget funds, besides the budget funds. This allows making pprograms financing more specific, increase the number of participants of prohrams implementation, enhance independence and repsonsibility of the local authorities in the process of implementation of the state policy at the regional and municipal levels.
