THE SYSTEM OF INNOVATION MANAGEMENT BASED ON TECHNICAL AND ECONOMIC EVALUATION ON THE USEFULNESS OF INVENTIONS

The article is devoted to the features of the innovation management system of an industrial enterprise for production of electrical heating cable systems. The author presents promising directions and a strategy for improving the market position of the enterprise. The paper describes the role and the linkages between the technical and economic usefulness of an invention and the cost of the license. The author offers the method for selecting the invention and technical and economic evaluation based on the methods of multi-criteria analysis and the theory of “AND-OR”-graphs and semantic networks. The method for calculating the cost of the license for an invention based on the level of technical and economic usefulness is described. The author shows the results of the method approbation in the selection of potential technical solutions for the system of film “warm floor”.
