The author studies how the institute of social partnership is used as an instrument of social and labor activity of employees’ regulation, participation of employees in the enterprise management. The foreign experience of management of social and labor relations has been provided. The impact of social partnership on the employees social and labor activities has been analyzed, as well as on the social and economic status of commercial enterprise. The criteria of evaluation of effectiveness of social partnership as an institution specific for the modern stage of economic development of the major countries of Europe and the US have been provided. Examples of new philosophy of labor arrangement have been provided on the basis of social partnership of an employer, employee, representatives of public institutions and the state authority.
