Annotation:

The article provides categories of the personnel management system. The auditof the personnel management system is reviewed from the point of view of the function of control, which allows implementation of interaction between the functional units of of the personnel management system. The subject and objects of the audit of the personnel management system in the modern conditions are defined. Analysis of regulatory documents is provided (position, the structure of administrative authorities, manning table, the documents of conferences, questioning and interviewing of the employees of administrative authorities); the analysis of the enlisted potential of the enterprise is provided (staffing of subdivisions by personnel, release, encouragement, reduction, punishment, additional rewards, conflicts).
