The article shows that the evolution to a socially oriented economy is becoming a global trend. Socialization processes in developed countries are in the direction of strengthening the role of the state in the social and economical relations, which results in some smoothing of social injustice in society. The author justifies that even a partial but constantly growing overcoming of disposition of the worker from the authorities on the basis of democratization of the society creates new incentives to work, transforms relations between the main agents of capitalistic proprietorship (capitalists and hired workers) from the relations of opposition-hostility toward relations of confrontation-partnership. Further democratization of capitalist society (both econo mic and political), the strengthening of civil society will create conditions for the growth of the public basis in the state activities. |
