| Annotation: | Federal Law No. 69-FZ On revision of several enactments of the Russian Federation in connection with the adoption of the Federal law On compensation for violation of the right for the reasonable duration of the judicial proceedings or the right for execution of the court enactment for reasonable period of time. The article analyses the essence and issues of implementation of the said principle, makes proposals for improvement of its legal reglamentation on the basis of evaluation of provisions of international legal enactments, Constitution of the Russian Federation, criminal procedure legislation and legislation and legal literature. |
