ORDER OF THE APPEAL OF ACTION (INACTIVITY) AND THE DECISIONS, CARRIED OUT (ACCEPTED) IN COURSE OF EXECUTION OF THE STATE FUNCTION AND GRANTING OF THE STATE SERVICE IN STRUCTURE OF ADMINISTRATIVE REGULATIONS

In the present article features of the description of an order of the appeal of action (inactivity) and the decisions, carried out (accepted) in course of execution of the state function and granting of the state service in structure of administrative regulations are systematized and analysed. The author tracks forms and ways of fastening of possibilities of pre-judicial settlement of disagreements with applicants in connection with realizations of administrative procedures by enforcement authorities. Necessity of unification of structure of administrative regulations for a part construction and the maintenance by means of preparation of uniform standard and methodical base for designing of administrative regulations of execution of the state functions and granting of the state services, as regarding the description of an order of the appeal, and as a whole is proved.
