PROBLEMS OF CLASSIFICATION OF CRIMES AGAINST JUSTICE BY INDICATIONS OF OBJECT OF CRIME

In article are analysed offered different author variants to categorizations of the crimes against justices on sign of the object of the crime. Conclusion is done As a result of critical estimation about impossibility of the building on given system непротиворечивой sign, corresponding to all requirements, presented to categorizations. In ditto time only complex consideration of the group of the crimes against justices, infringing upon the same direct object, enables to analyse the possibility of the mechanism of the causing the harm, value duplication in legislative regulation, value the defect of the adjacent rates. The author’s variant of the decision of the considered problem is offered.
