Annotation:

The basic problems of definition of corporate culture have been reviewed in the article; the program of research and change of corporate culture has been proposed. The hypothesis proposed in article is focused on a solution of the problem of inclusion of organizational culture into the context of managers’ activities. For this purpose it is necessary to present it in such way, in which it can have such value. The later, at least, means that it should have independent value, and has the right to be as it is. To include culture in the structure of the objects of management, to take it into consideration in administrative actions means to admit that the enterprise constitutes the independent human community possessing collective mentality, which is expressed in displays of organizational culture.
