Currently, at the time of highly-competitive market, the issue of effectively operating teams building is becoming the most important for the companies, which major advantage is the client orientation due to their specifics. The teamwork in the activity of the sales divisions has much more advantages than the “single” work. The effectiveness of the team activity will be the higher, the better the stage of their formation will be held, and the more accurate the socio-psychological factors influencing the process of sales of the company will be taken into account. The article has described the conditions necessary for the effective team work in the sales; negative factors arising in the process of the teambuilding, and the tools for elimination or minimization of such problems.
