THE WAYS FOR ADAPTATION OF THE CONCEPT OF LEAN PRODUCTION IN THE SELF-LEARNING ORGANIZATION

The introduction of ‘lean production’ is the one of the promising directions for increasing efficiency of the university activity. The company introducing principles of lean production is able to significantly improve the efficiency indicators. The article has reviewed the issue of implementation of “lean production” principles into the activity of the university as a self-learning organization. The self-learning organization will always be competitive. The principle of the organization self-learning is based on establishing the system and introduction of systematic thinking for the members of such organization.
