FORMATION OF THE CONTENT OF THE OBJECTS OF THE PROPERTY RIGHT IN THE INTERRELATION OF THE CIVIL AND THE NATURAL RESOURCES BRANCHES OF THE RIGHT

The article, dedicated to Vasiliy Nikitovich Yakovlev, has studied his scientific conclusions and proposals for the improvement of the civil and adjacent branches of the natural resources legislation of Russia. In the discussion of the Concept of the RF civil legislation development, the issue of the property right objects has not got the adequate attention, although even from the point of view of the conceptual-category apparatus there is a huge amount of theoretical activity. Examination of the issue of the property right objects is impossible without appealing to the figure of the property right subject; therefore the authors are talking about the issue of property right subject highlighting the objects of the property right.
