HISTORICAL AND LEGAL ASPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT OF INSTITUTION OF A BOURGEOIS COMMUNITY IN RUSSIA

This article is devoted to the study of the development stages of the bourgeois society in Russia. The author has reviewed the basic regulatory and legal aspects devoted to the mentioned issue, as well as has examined the archival materials. The article has reviewed the institution of a bourgeois community within the structure of the society, the state authorities and local self- government powers. The author has paid particular attention to studying of approaches to understanding of the said institution and the system of administrative agencies of bourgeois communities. The article has also investigated the issues of the structure of a bourgeois society and the procedure of acquisition of a bourgeois status in Russia. The author has presented the basic functions of bourgeois communities, their relation to military and tax duties , and public service.
