Splitting of the determinants of crime for the reasons and conditions allows avoiding serious methodological errors in the so-called “theory of factors”. Whereas, evaluation of phenomena as reasons or conditions has relative character. Let’s underline the blocks of reasons for this crime: the general and purely military reasons. General reasons are implemented through the conditions of life, education; study and work prior to being called to the military service, and then are refracted through specific military conditions of everyday life. Purely military reasons and conditions are directly related to the specifics of the Army: the living conditions and relationship between the servicemen, violations of the statutory requirements during arrangement of the servicemen activities and life, the formalism and bureaucracy. |
