TO THE ISSUE ON THE CONTENT OF THE LAND LEGAL RELATIONS

The article has reviewed the theoretical issues of the content of the land legal relations, the structure of subjective land rights and legal duties, specificity of their implementation within the frame of regulatory and guarding legal relations. Despite the existing scientific points of view, denying the availability of the right to use and the right to claim in the structure of subjective right, it is proved that the subjective land right includes the right to act; right to use, right to require, and the right to claim. From this point of view, possession, use and disposition are not powers of the land plot owner, but sub-powers. The structure of the legal duty includes four powers – necessities corresponding to the subjective rights – possibilities.
