CRIMINOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF SEVERAL FORMS OF CRIMES IN CHECHEN REPUBLIC

On the basis of the criminological analysis of the volume, structure and dynamics of the crimes, which determine the state of providing personal and property safety of the population of Chechen R epublic, the author comes to a number of the valid conclusions: the dynamics of the majority of crimes against the property of citizens as a whole has the upward trend; the majority of crimes is committed by the persons without permanent source of income; material stratification and impoverishment of the part of the population cause the general upward trend of the crimes against the personality, lives, health and the property of citizens; the overall standard of living of the population of the region is lower than the average Russian, including due to the unemployment increase.
