Individualization, tutorial activities and implementation of federal state educational standards

In this article the author reviews the issues of specificity of the modern stage of development of education, the modern challenges that the education system must give adequate answers, as well as points out the complexity and inefficiency of implementation of modernization and innovation scenarios of the national education development without individualization of education and without tutors or teachers with tutorial competence. The article reflects some aspects of relevance of individualization of education and tutorial activity in implementation of the Federal state educational standards. The author provides definitions of the key terms «individualization of education», «individualized educational program» and «tutor».
