The eventfulness as the category of the education theory

Annotation:

The article justifies the need to introduce the category of eventfulness into the modern didactic knowledge. In response to the contemporary challenges in education, the principles of eventfulness, event models and forms of organization of the educational process should be implemented that take into account personal aspects of eventfulness. The category of eventfulness is essential in the developing of the education theory implementing the principle of individualization. Event- driven nature of education provides for a variety of mechanisms for personal and creative development of participants, serves to overcome the problems of alienation in the educational process. Educational event takes place on the level of values and ideals, competences, abilities, practices, knowledge and skills.
