The fundamental problem of this paper is the analysis of sensitivity of small entrepreneurship indices to external shocks. There are 7 aggregated indices in the form of spatial selection in the regions of Russia, as well as in the form of temporal row by quarters. The author’s methodology of calculating the quantitative index of sensitivity has been developed. The result of analysis demonstrates that the sensitivity of the index of accessibility of financial resources is the smallest. The relative dispersion of stochastic component of index was used as sensitivity indicator; while the stochastic component was calculated by means of Hodrick–Prescott filter. In general, the dispersion of stochastic component of index is 1–4 per cent higher than the dispersion of the baseline indicators. |
