Annotation:

The author of the article has justified the necessity of fulfillment of the industrial and structural policy for stimulation of the economic growth and providing for the competitiveness of the national production at the world market. This is especially urgent due to Russia’s joining the WTO. The competent joining the legal space of the world trade system allows defending the interests of domestic exporters and importers in the world trade, participate in the wide range of activity of the inter-governmental authorities of the WTO, apply the tools of multiple economic diplomacy to reduce the discrimination sanctions against some areas of the national production. All this provides the new pulses for improvement of the conditions of the country economic and social areas.
