Justification of methodical approach to evaluation of ecologica l-economical effect in the resdiential-municipal economy

The proposed model of ecological potential of dwelling takes into account different factors affecting the ecological aspect of dwelling: from the location, construction materials; residential-municipal services and up-to-date technologies to the specific areas of the residential fund per one person. The analytical dependences have been obtained that describe the residential price in the equations of multiple and private regression. Some indicators of the market of the new buildings in Moscow and Moscow region have been used for evaluations. The necessity to develop the sub-program supporting the ecological aspect of residential buildings within the structure of the Federal target program «Dwelling» for 2011–2015 has been justified.
