For a modern managerial paradigm the new forms of the competition based on collaboration, cooperation, development of «intangible» assets and the key competences, as well as the change of the methods of business in the direction of the self-organization and self-training development are typical. Currently the competitive advantages of the companies are the results of the companies’ managers’ abilities to learn faster than their competitors, to develop their professional competence. The article has underlined the issue of evaluation of effectiveness of the company manager activity in terms of professional competence. The current trend in the evaluation of the activity and determination of the manager competence has been studied within such objective. The author has presented the model of competences of the modern manager that correlates with the management functions. Such model can be the basis of evaluation of the manager professional activity and the arrangement of his development trajectory. |
