The article has reviewed the dependence of the regional economics on the state of processes in the power engineering infrastructure. The typical structure of the power engineering company, as well as the state of business-processes in the industry have been described, namely not effective, excessive, too much specialized, split and expensive business processes, which stipulates the urgent necessity of re-engineering and transition to the power engineering companies business processes management on the basis of the process management. Main stages of the processes re-engineering have been determined, which allow increasing the industry effectiveness. The indices of measurement of the processes effectiveness in the regional power engineering have been developed for resolution of the specified objective. |
