| Annotation: | The article examines the role of special Institutions of regional development as the tool for activation of investment and innovation processes in the economy of Russian regions. The paper emphasizes the necessity of integration of the given institutions’ activity into the regional strategies and the practice of the program-target methods of management. The article specifies the importance of strengthening the economic and legal bases of the regional institutions’ activity, in particular, by means of acceptance of the special federal law. |
