The article has described the principles of planning of the research and development activity on the basis of volumetric determined models. While the objectives mostly connected with the top level of hierarchy have been reviewed, namely the objectives of definition of the schedule of implementation of the research and development main stages required for the specified scope of expenses. Application of mathematical models is the most effective and modern approach to implementation of such justification. It is significant that the models used forresolution of the objectives of such level should take into account not only the internal properties of the company and should be the models of its organizational system, but should also consider the properties of external environment of the company as complete as possible. As such completeness is pretty limited due to insufficiency of information regarding the company external environment properties, the planning principles shall take into account the possibility of revision of the planning proposals and their re-estimation based of specified data. |
