The article has presented the author’s algorithm of transformation of organizational culture of the large industrial company at the stage of innovations introduction. The levels of analysis of organizational culture of the economic entity have been determined, as well as the indicators for diagnostics of the level of its innovation. Graphic presentation of the obtained results is the most effective for the visual comparison of the current and required values of the indications. The methods of definition of the qualitative indicators and the formulas for calculation of the quantitative indicators have been proposed. The urgency of continuous monitoring process, support and development of transformations and improvement of organizational culture of the large industrial company have been justified. |
