The model of formation of the national hotel chain

The article has analyzed the progressive models of organization of the hotel chains and indicators of their activity. The special attention has been paid to the development of franchising in the international hotel business. The current state and main reasons for ineffective performance of the enterprises of hotel business in Ukraine have been characterised. The development strategy of the hotel business on the basis of the formation of the national hotel chain has been justified. Methodical and practical aspects of the formation of the national hotel chain and the advantages of conducting chain business in modern conditions of competition have been reviewed. The main tendencies of development of the hotel service market of Ukraine have been identified.
