Basic principles of the local state administrations activity in the area of management

The article examines the basic principles of local administrations in the area of management. The study defined the concept and features of the principles of public administration; disclosed the nature of the basic principles of activities of the local administrations, formulated and described the basic principles of activities of the local state administrations. It has been concluded that the principles of openness (publicity), legality and professionalism in the public administration are those leading and fundamental principles, the actual use of which will allow qualitatively improving the level of public administration of the publicly significant issues.
