Environmental problems of the land use in Ukraine

Legal problems of ensuring compliance with the environmental requirements in the process of land use and protection have been investigated. It has been found out that the increase of negative load of the society activity on the natural potential of the land requires the law-maker to introduce tough greening of the citizens’ land rights. The availability of sufficient legislative norms on environmental component of land relations has been stated. Observation of environmental requirements in the process of land use and protection gets the crucial value for land conservation and environment protection. The author of the scientific article has underlined the main directions of the greening of the land legislation of Ukraine.
