Formulas of happiness and bio-social tension and their use for interpreting, forecasting and managing the legally valid behavior

The purpose of the article is deduction of the formulae of happiness and biosocial tension, as well as the research of the «behavior» of the integral and differential functions of happiness and biosocial tension, the study of their influence on the legally significant behavior of the subjects of legal relations. Scientific results obtained by the author are the following: 1) the formula of happiness; 2) the formula of the biosocial tension; 3) the formula that links happiness and biosocial tension; 4) formula that links biosocial tension and happiness; 5) initial and differential functions of the sense of happiness depending on the level of desire (the level of pretentions); 6) the role of the extremes of functions C = f(t), g = f(t) in the formation of the legally significant behavior of the subjects of legal relations.
