| Annotation: | The article examines the concept and the constituent elements of the mechanism of protection of workers’ rights for labor payment in the event of the company bankruptcy in accordance with the current legislation. The content of protection mechanism of the workers’ rights for labor payment in the event of the company bankruptcy in accordance with the current legislation has been analyzed; the legal framework of protection of the workers’ rights for labor payment in the event of bankruptcy has been examined; the constituent elements of the mechanism of protect of the workers’ rights for labor payment in the event of bankruptcy have been distinguished, the conception of the mechanism for protect the workers’ rights for labor payment in case of bankruptcy has been defined. |
