| Annotation: | The article examines the ways of improving the legal regulation of social security of servicemen. The study defined the content of the legal regulation of social security of servicemen; characterized the object and features of the legal regulation of social security of servicemen; analyzed the current state of the legal regulation of social security of servicemen; determined the effectiveness of special rules of the social security of servicemen; proposed the ways of improving the legal regulation of social security of servicemen in accordance with the comprehensive analysis of the positions of scientists and legislation on the issue. |
