The present article examines the legal status of the parties of the labor contract in compliance with the labor legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Armenia in the comparative legal aspect. The categories of persons who can act as the parties of the employment agreement, employer and employee, their inherent characteristics, the range of rights and responsibilities specified by the labor legislation of the mentioned countries are determined. The category of labor legal capacity and capability as applied to the parties of the labor contract according to the norms of the Labor codes of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Armenia are studied. The similarities and differences in the legal regulation of the labor relations according to the legislation of both countries are revealed. |
