| Annotation: | The article illustrates development and theoretical justification of the model of the process of formation of the leadership position of students of secondary vocational schools. The workers’ training is a problem of the current educational system of our country. The trend of transferring to the graduates of secondary vocational schools of the entire set of knowledge, skills and abilities required to independent activity is missing. The model of formation of the leadership position of the students of secondary vocational schools presented in the article amends and specifies theoretical bases of students’ achieving leadership awareness and behavior. |
