ASSESSMENT OF EFFECTS FROM USING TOOLS OF TARIFFS REGULATION OF THE FOREIGN TRADE OF THE MEAT-PROCESSING PRODUCTS OF RUSSIA

The article is dedicated to the actual problem of the Russian meat-processing industry development trends selection under the contemporary conditions. The attempt to give an integrated assessment of effects of using the tariff regulation tools of the foreign trade of production of the meat-processing industry is undertaken in this article. The basic content of the study consists in the analysis of dynamics of production, import and consumption of meat and meat products in Russia in 2007-2014 under the influence of changing directions of the foreign trade policy, in particular, customs policy. Conclusions about the foreign trade policy influence on different components of the national welfare are made based on the conducted analysis.
