The model of the company management system is presented in the article and the main trends of interaction of organizational culture with the other system elements are examined in the article. The author makes conclusion that the organizational culture is an integral part of the management system together with the business organizational model and functional management model. Organizational culture is formed under the influence of the leader and determines the form and content of the employees’ incentives. The author modifies typology of Cameron and Quinn as the illustration of impact of the organizational culture on its structure. Besides, the article provides matrix of impact of organizational culture on the forms and methods of functional management. |
