| Annotation: | The agricultural zoning in the Chechen Republic, structure of the land, and prevailing types of agricultural enterprises are examined in the article. It is proved that the agriculture Republic of Chechnya has a multidisciplinary nature, and the process of using natural resources in agriculture has regional nature, as agricultural production is carried out on a certain territory characterized by specific agro-climatic conditions, qualitative and quantitative parameters of land, water and other natural resources, demographic and other social conditions. The problems associated with agricultural production are analyzed. The role of the State support of agricultural producers of the region for the purpose of sustainable development of rural areas is determined. |
