THE USE OF FUNCTIONAL-OBJECT MODELING IN STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT OF INTEGRATED REGIONAL INTERACTION

The article presents recommendations for practical application of the functional-object model-of integrated development of regional specialization in the system of strategic regional management. This model allows making strategic decisions regarding establishing and development of economic links that are considered as a set of integrated structures, conditions and mechanisms of their implementation, with regard to system uncertainty. In order to provide for modeling of such system, a thesaurus approach and methods of integer linear programming are used. Presented order of application of the specified approach defines the sequence of actions for model application and fulfillment of iterative solutions that ensure formation of alternatives and optimization of their selection through flexible adjustment of structures, as well as appropriate conditions and mechanisms.
