SOCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE AND ITS INFLUENCE ON HUMAN CAPITAL FORMING IN THE CONSTITUENT ENTITIES OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

This article analyzes social infrastructure and its influence on formation of the human capital in the region. The issues of migratory growth (decrease) of population in the interconnection with the social infrastructure indicators are examined in this article. The values of correlation, which reveal interaction between indicators of migration growth (decrease) and indicators of social infrastructure institutions: education, health, culture, are calculated. It is concluded that all regions are uneven in their socio-economic development. Based on these studies, the author proposed classification of regions. In summary, the author made conclusion about influence of social infrastructure on formation of the human capital in the regions and proposed directions of regional programs of modernization of social infrastructure.
