| Annotation: | Theoretical and methodological bases of establishing the concept of sector-balanced development of regional economics are presented in the article. The main challenges of the modern system of regional strategic planning and regulation are revealed; the system problems of functional and cluster approaches to development of regional strategy are defined. The need of introduction of the regional oriented strategic thinking is proven. It is stated that the concept of the sector-balanced development of the region assumes coordination of parameters of strategy and interests of the subjects of agrarian, industrial and service sectors, as well as (in the long-term prospect) transformational and transactional sectors. |
