| Annotation: | The article under consideration examines the US experience in arranging the contract control system. Disadvantages that were intrinsic to the Russian system of placing orders prior to putting in the effect of the revisions to legislation were revealed. Experience of administration of Krasnodar municipal entity in increasing effectiveness of control over the budget expenses for procurement is studied. Assessment of effectiveness of preceding and succeeding control is performed. Based on Methodical recommendations for determination of original (maximum) contract price, the method of calculation of original (maximum) contract price is proposed based on determination of the specific price of the valuable parameter. |
