This article defines such concepts as control and supervision from a linguistic and legal points of view. This distinction makes it possible to find out the main meaning of the terms derived from them used in the former Soviet space such as constitutional control, constitutional judicial control, constitutional supervision and constitutional justice. The author explains why the terminology experience of the United States, Great Britain, Germany, cannot be accepted by post-Soviet states. The author’s version of the terminology of the institute of regulatory enactments verification for compliance with the Governing law of the country for the states located at the post-Soviet space is proposed at the end of the article. |
