INDEMNIFICATION FOR LOSSES CAUSED TO THE USERS OF PRIVATE LEGAL SERVICES

Protection of consumers’ rights in the area of private services requires permanent improvement and development of the system, which contribute to citizens’ independent protection of their rights. The article examines categories, concepts and definitions of such terms as damage, losses, expenses, property damage, property harm or harm to health, loss of benefit, loss of revenues, loss of income and others. The author believes that these categories, concepts and definitions have different legal load and shall be clearly formulated. Etymological origin of the term ‘service’ and its definition in the regulatory-legal enactments of the RF is analyzed.
